Flex Privacy Policy

Flex is developed by FlexKey LLC (“we”). Flex does not sell, share or analyze your personal data, and it contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

What the app stores

• Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, Apple gives Flex a stable user identifier and, on the first sign-in only, the name and email address you chose to share. Flex keeps these in your iCloud key-value store so the app can recognise you on your other devices. You can hide your real email address from Flex using Apple’s “Hide My Email” option.
• Workout data. Workouts, sets, templates, folders and custom exercises are stored on your device and synced through the private CloudKit database of your iCloud account. This data is encrypted by Apple and is not accessible to us.
• Preferences. Your display name, weekly and daily goals and theme are stored in your iCloud key-value store and on the device.

What we do not do

• No third-party analytics, tracking or advertising.
• No servers of our own: Flex talks only to Apple’s iCloud services.
• No sale or transfer of data to third parties.

Your choices

• Delete your data. Delete workouts from History, or remove the app’s iCloud data in iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Account Storage ▸ Flex. Signing out in Flex clears the sign-in details from iCloud.
• Stop using Sign in with Apple. In iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ Sign in with Apple ▸ Flex you can stop using your Apple ID with the app.

Children

Flex is intended for people aged 18 and over, as described in the Terms of Service inside the app.

Changes

We will update this page and the effective date when the policy changes.
